Organizational History

Stranger Than Fiction: Theater Arts and Wisconsin History Residency. Facilitated by Danielle Dresden and Donna Peckett at Whitehorse Middle School. Guest artist, Rebecca Sites, costume designer, Professor Nikki Mandell, project consultant; in cooperation with the Wisconsin Women’s Network and the Wisconsin Policy Institute. Funded by Dane Arts, Wisconsin Humanities Council, the Wisconsin Arts Board, Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc., Dane Arts Power2 Give Program, Whitehorse Middle School, Stoner Prairie Elementary School, Madison and Verona, Wisconsin.

“The Food Connection.” 
Royal Oaks Elementary. Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

“Dirty Little Garden Secrets and Cuttings from Garden Party.” 
A collaborative garden adventure, with Bob Klebba and David Waugh, proprietors of the Mendota Lake House B&B and Danielle Dresden and Donna Peckett, eclectic garden gnomes.

Katherine Kramer Master Class
 in rhythm tap. TAPIT/new works.

College for Kids
.   Rhythm in Motion workshops. Facilitated by Donna Peckett. University of Wisconsin Education and Outreach Partnerships.

Kaleidoscope: A Summer Arts Program
, for ages 6 to 9. An educational enrichment project administrated by TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater, with artists/educators, Julie Mazer, Laura Gruetzmacher and Donna Peckett. Partially funded by the Neil Allen Peckett Memorial Fund and Westminster Presbyterian Church, Madison, Wisconsin.

Bubbles: A Summer Arts Program
 for children ages 4 to 6. An educational enrichment project administrated by TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater, with teaching artists, Amy Conover and Donna Peckett. Funded, in part, by the Neil Allen Peckett Memorial Fund.

“Now What and Medea.”
 A cultural and travel exchange project with the New World Performance Laboratory (Akron, Ohio) and TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater (Madison, Wisconsin). Featuring Debora Totti, in a new adaptation of Dario Fo’s and Franca Rame’s 
“Medea,” devised, directed and coordinated by James Slowiak, Jairo Cuesta and Debora Totti from the NWPL. “Now What and The 
Zombie Apocalypse” from TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater, written by Danielle Dresden, directed by Meghan Randolph, with Francisco Torres, Nedra Bobo, Donna Peckett, Danielle Dresden, costumes by Rebecca Sites, stage manager, Janine Gardner, guest zombies, Andrea Kleiner, Kierystn Torres, Trinity Gardner, Maryfrances Conrad. Performances in Akron, Ohio, Center for Applied Theatre and Culture and at Edgewood College, Madison, Wisconsin. Funded by The Network of Ensemble Theaters’ NET/TEN Travel & Exchange Network, with lead funding from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation; Dane Arts, Madison Arts Commission, with funds from the Wisconsin Arts Board; the Neil Allen Peckett Memorial Fund of TAPIT/new works. Welcomed by 89.9, WORT-FM. Wisconsin performances sponsored by the Edgewood College, Department of Theatre Arts. Additional support for CATAC/NWPL provided by The Arthur Kelly Fund of Akron Community Foundation, Ohio Arts Council, with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
