Organizational History

Weird Wisconsin Residency.  A 7-month arts and history residency. Facilitated by Danielle Dresden and Donna Peckett at Whitehorse Middle School. Guests artists included Fabu Carter and Rebecca Sites. Assistance provided by Eva Maxwell and Colleen Hayes of MSCR. Funded by American Girl’s Fund for Children, Wisconsin Arts Board, Whitehorse Middle School. Madison.

The Food Connection: A BB Broccoli & Sweet Potato Adventure

Brenda Bufalino Master Artist Residency.  
UW-Madison, Edgewood College, TAPIT/new works, UW-Stevens Point. Master classes, Workshops Performances. Funded, in part, by Wisconsin Union Directorate, UW-Madison Center for Humanities, Edgewood College, UW- Stevens Point.

Mangia Mangia.
 Final performance and reception. Featuring Sarah Whelan, Emily Morrison-Weeks, Danielle Dresden, Donna Peckett, directed by Jody Reiss, technical director, Gabe Reiss.

: Comedy and Context in the Zombie Apocalypse. Café Carpe. Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Featuring Nedra Bobo, Francisco Torres, Donna Peckett, Danielle Dresden, Guest Zombies from Fort Atkinson, directed by Meghan Randolph.

Recorded with the students from Whitehorse Middle by Aarick Beher. WORT-FM. 89.9. Madison, Wisconsin.

College for Kids.
 College for Kids.  Rhythm in Motion workshops. Conducted by Donna Peckett. University of Wisconsin Education Outreach and Partnerships, Pre-College Options. Madison, Wisconsin.

Bubbles: A Summer Arts Program
 for children ages 4 to 6.  An educational arts enrichment project administrated by TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater, with teaching artists, Amy Conover and Donna Peckett. Funded, in part, by the Neil Allen Peckett Memorial Fund.
 
Kaleidoscope: A Summer Arts Program, for ages 6 to 9. An educational arts enrichment project administrated by TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater, with artists/educators, Julie Mazer, Amy Conover and Donna Peckett. Partially funded by the Neil Allen Peckett Memorial Fund and Westminster Presbyterian Church, Madison, Wisconsin.

Convenience: Comedy, Opera, and a Neighborhood Collaboration. 
Fresco Opera Theatre and TAPIT/new works Ensemble Theater in a site-specific performance about the Shenk-Atwood neighborhood. Featuring: George Abbott, Frank Cain, Melanie Cain, Danielle Dresden, Ashton Lareau, Donna Peckett, Clarice Tobia. Book written by Danielle Dresden; Directed by Melanie Cain, with assistance by Jody Reiss;

Scenic design by Frank and Melanie Cain; Costumes by Rebecca Sites; Stage Manager, Jeff Turk; Original concept by Donna Peckett. Supported, in part, by Dane Arts; The Madison Arts Commission, with funds from the Wisconsin Arts 2014 Board, with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts; Monona State Bank; Neil Allen Peckett Memorial Fund of TAPIT/new works, Inc.

The Creative Link: Building Social Connection Through the Arts. 
 A collaborative performance project of St. Mary’s Care Center and Verona High School’s Functional-Vocational Program for students 18 – 21. Conceived by Carmela Mulroe, Activities Coordinator for St. Mary’s Care Center; written by Danielle Dresden; facilitated by Donna Peckett and Danielle Dresden; Art workshops by Amy Conover; High school facilitators, Krista Shallenberger and Cindy Opsal. Performed at the Rotunda Studio of Madison’s Overture Center, St. Mary’s Care Center, Verona High School. Supported, in part, by St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation; St. Mary’s Care Center, Verona Area High School, Home Health United, TAPIT/new works, Inc.
